Exclusive Classes
Our Exclusive Pilates Classes in Weston-super-Mare are held in the Uphill Victory Small Hall or via Zoom, with a maximum of six participants to ensure a calm, supportive environment.
These gentle, breath-led sessions focus on improving core strength, flexibility, balance, and posture, with plenty of personal feedback from the instructor. Ideal for those new to exercise, recovering from injury or surgery, or feeling unsure about larger group settings, these small classes allow you to build confidence and refine your technique at your own pace.


Community Classes
Our Community Pilates Classes in Weston-super-Mare take place on Monday and Friday mornings in the large hall at Uphill Village, and on Monday evenings at Haywood Village Hall. Suitable for all ages and abilities, these friendly group sessions include up to 14 people and focus on gentle, flowing movements coordinated with your breath to improve core strength, flexibility, balance, and posture.
Each class offers plenty of options and adaptations to suit your individual needs and fitness level, allowing you to move at your own pace. Classes are available both face-to-face and live via Zoom, so you can join in from home or in person—whichever works best for you.


Zoom Classes
Our community Zoom Pilates classes are held on Monday mornings and evenings, Wednesday mornings, and Friday mornings, offering a flexible and accessible way to stay active from the comfort of your own home.
These gentle, breath-led sessions help improve core strength, flexibility, balance, and posture. Each class includes a range of options and adaptations to suit your fitness level and ability, allowing you to move confidently at your own pace. Zoom classes are ideal if you prefer to exercise at home, have a busy schedule, or want to avoid travel—while still enjoying the motivation and connection of a friendly, like-minded group.


1:1 Pilates Therapy
We offer private Pilates sessions for individuals, pairs, or small groups of up to three people at Emma’s home studio in Bleadon Hill, Weston-super-Mare. Available on Monday daytime and evening, as well as Tuesday and Friday afternoons, these personalised sessions provide focused attention and tailored exercises to suit your specific needs.
One-to-one coaching is ideal if you're recovering from injury, new to Pilates, or looking to deepen your practice with expert guidance. With a calm, supportive setting and fully customised approach, you'll build confidence, improve technique, and make steady progress at your own pace.


Online and On Demand
Pilates Classes
During lockdown, we began recording our community classes twice a week—and we’ve continued ever since. We now offer a growing catalogue of on-demand Pilates classes, updated weekly with recordings from our Wednesday morning Zoom sessions. These pre-recorded classes are designed for mixed abilities, with plenty of options to make each session more or less challenging depending on your needs.
On-demand Pilates gives you the freedom to move when it suits you—whether that’s at home, on holiday, or in between other commitments. It’s a flexible, convenient way to stay consistent with your practice at your own pace. Our virtual classes can be found on the Virtual Class page of this site. All Zoom and face-to-face class members receive free access—just contact us to request your password.
