WHICH CLASS IS RIGHT?
Our Community Pilates Classes run in Uphill Village, Haywood Village, and online, offering gentle, breath-led exercises to improve core strength, balance, and flexibility. With friendly group sessions, small exclusive classes, 1:1 options in Bleadon Hill, live Zoom sessions, and access to a growing library of pre-recorded videos, there's a class to suit every ability and schedule. All sessions include tailored options to help you move with confidence at your own pace.
WHAT IS PILATES?
Pilates uses calm flowing controlled movements to focus in on strengthening the deep core muscles of the back, abdominal and pelvic floor areas. Creating greater core strength, increasing flexibility, improving posture and balance and focusing the mind.
