Our Pilates class is friendly, fun and relaxing. Since joining 18 months ago I have not had to visit my osteopath or doctor. Emma gears the moves to the individual and there is a continuous flow of exercises to relaxing music. Would highly recommend to anyone with joint aches and discomfort.

For over 15 years I have had daily pain in my back and hips, this has led to me playing less and less golf, less exercise and poor sleep at night. The pain has been constant and daily.Just before Christmas, following the advice from my osteopath, I started taking private Pilates sessions. After a couple of weeks of daily Pilates (Two sessions with my instructor then 30 minutes each evening at home on the key exercises), my life has been transformed.I still have aches and the odd trapped nerve, but they are less intense and I have breaks of pain free moments. I’m convinced that this will get better as time goes on, after all, it is no different to lifetime bad habits in the golf swing, they also don’t disappear overnight and without regular effort.

I love the class with Emma , she brings a lovely humour to the class which helps in relaxing although I still try to concentrate on what she says . She also explains the different levels of exercise which helps all abilities . 🤗
